I was very impressed by Serviced Flats London. They were very professional and tailored to my taste! Not every company really makes the effort to show you a wide variety of apartments that you dream of and within your budget! Randomly stumbled upon Serviced Flats London on Instagram on a frantic search for a serviced apartment to stay in for a month-long stay in London. I had been in touch with other agents prior to contacting Candice, but her top-notch, enthusiastic and personalized service stood out from the rest. It was like having a good friend based in London help us with our search. We gave Candice a list of specifications with regard to our preferred areas, budget range and even went down to tiny details such as preferring a building with a lift. She readily prepared many options for us to look at, and personally accompanied us to each one, giving us a mini tour of each neighborhood while at it. It was as if we had a personal London concierge service with us! She had restaurant recommendations, tips for salons nearby, she showed us local supermarkets, coffee spots and pubs in each area. During our stay, she kept in touch with us constantly, making sure we were happy with our flat and well taken care of. If any detail was out of place, she would go out of her way to resolve it. I can't recommend her services enough. I am so happy I was able to find someone like her with a personal touch and genuine care for her clients. Will definitely recommend her to friends and family visiting London!

Excellent service, highly professional and very attentive! I went through every single agency in London until I met Candice. At that point I was skeptical and thought I wouldn’t have found the right place. My husband and I rented a one bedroom flat in Kensington really close to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Candice was a tremendous help in finding the right flat In the perfect location and she followed up to make sure we were happy. The staff at the apartment were top notch! They made sure we were happy each day and even moved us because the apartment was too dark and the people upstairs were way too noisy.
